In it for good
We believe we have a responsibility to tackle disadvantage globally and in our own backyards. We’re passionate about the power education and business have to transform the world.
A new approach to corporate philanthropy
In Atlassian’s early days, founders Mike Cannon-Brookes and Scott Farquhar built giving back into the business, with a belief that education and business have the power to change the world. They pledged 1% of the company's equity, profit, employee time, and products to social good—and the Atlassian Foundation was born.
We’re passionate about helping social impact teams do more and dream bigger. We partner with some of the world’s most impactful education changemakers and we co-founded the Pledge 1% movement.
The Foundation is a special part of the Atlassian experience. We empower our employees to use their time, talent, and tools to be the change they seek in the world.
